Love v. Sports Blast: Jackson County, Illinois (2008). A minor brought suit alleging bodily injury including a broken clavicle, from an incident on playground equipment while attending a summer camp. Suit was brought alleging negligent supervision. FMGR counsel represented the camp at trial. Judgment was entered for the defense, with no damages awarded.
