| In the insurance coverage matter of Illinois Fair Plan Association v. Abell, FMGR insurance litigation counsel was successful in obtaining summary judgment for our insurer client which had denied payment of a fire claim under a homeowner’s insurance policy. Following thorough discovery and investigation, the Saline County trial court voided the policy of insurance ab initio for matters of material misrepresentation in the plaintiff’s application for coverage.
